PROCEDURE OF BUYING

Use either of the options below  

• Visit Hotpoint website  & identify the items you would like to buy
• Or go to the showroom at Sarit Centre and identify the items you would like to buy
• Go to any supermarket and get the Model of the LG, SAMSUNG, ARISTON, KENWOOD, HOTPOINT product and forward it to us for a quote.

DELIVERY

• All your purchase orders should be in an official Sacco Letter signed by the authorized signatories.
• Any members collecting the item(s) MUST produce the national ID on the collection of the items.
• Hotpoint shall only deliver bulk items and not small items i.e. one DVD unless in big quantities.
• Hotpoint shall endeavor to deliver items within 48 hours upon receipt of LPO for Nairobi Deliveries.
• The LPO should bear official company stamp or a scanned copy from the authorized person from the Sacco
• Deliveries falling outside a 10KM Radius from our offices will attract a small charge. The charge will vary with weight and distance. Transport charge shall be indicated on each proforma invoice.

PRICING

All Appliances shall be at a trade discount to all members who purchase under this scheme. Take advantage of our asset finance product repayable within 12 months. Read more

PAYMENT TERMS

All Purchase order to be accompanied by a Current Cheque. With time we shall review and offer credit facilities to you.

WARRANTY

All LG products come with 1 (one) year warranty and two years’ warranty for Samsung products. Each member shall demand warranty certificates for items bought which should be produced in case the item gets faulty before the expiry of warranty. Goods can be dropped at our services centers in Nairobi & Mombasa.
