  5. For catering of events and meetings ensure to communicate details of the venue, time, estimated attendance, and any changes in good time

  6. The main dishes are made freshly within  the premises daily
  7. Our commercial kitchen supply selection is sourced from fully accredited  suppliers 
  8. Ingredients used are top quality and fresh 
  9. Ethnic dishes are prepared with integrity with key ingredients when available, alternatively, substitutes are used
  10. In case any food allergy, our cooking staff will be very pleased to cooperate with you in order to satisfy any particular need you may require.

When you call us on the telephone we will:-

  • Answer your call within the 3rd ring and be ready and willing to serve

When you e-mail or write a memo to us we will:-

  • Remain polite, courteous, and friendly

  • Acknowledge receipt immediately and provide a response within one hour and respond to memo within 30 minutes

When you need information from us, we will:-

  • Let you know who is dealing with your order/inquiry
  • Remain polite and be courteous
  • Ensure we provide you with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Ensure that our landlines are accessible

When you have a complaint about our service, we will:-

  • Provide an acknowledgment and initial response immediately.

  • Resolve the complaint within a maximum of 1 working day

We shall provide the following services within the hour

  • Conference meeting request/order

  • Departmental meeting lunch/tea &snacks

We shall provide the following services within 2 days

  • Order to serve large groups i.e. over 400 persons
  • Outside catering orders
